Refund Policy
By placing an order via Sfeerings, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
-Original standard shipping costs would be included in the refund
-If the goods arrive damaged, we will bear full responsibility and provide free repair, replacement or refund, shipping cost of returning the faulty goods.
-If the product is damaged during return shipping, we may charge a fee of 30-70% depending on the extent of the damage.
-If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

B. RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, please contact us at info@sfeerings.nl. If your return request is approved, you will receive a return label and instructions on how to return the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
C. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damage, or an incorrect item. This will allow us to assess the situation and resolve it quickly. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
D. EXCHANGES
We only process exchanges in the case of damaged items, wrong products, incorrect sizes or defects. For exchange requests, please contact us at info@sfeerings.nl.
E. NO RESTOCKING FEES
There are no restocking fees for returned items.
F. REFUNDS
In the event of the return process (if applicable), the Seller will refund all payments received from the Consumer without delay, excluding the costs of returning the goods, and in any case no later than 7 working days from the day on which the Seller has received the return package. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
The payments you have made, excluding the costs of returning the goods, will be refunded to you without delay, but at the latest within 7 working days from the day we receive your return package. The Seller will carry out the refund using the same payment methods used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer agrees to another solution. In any case, the Consumer will not incur any additional costs in connection with this refund.
G. NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED DISCOUNTS
No refunds will be given for discount codes that have not been applied at checkout. Discounts must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be added afterwards. We recommend reviewing discount codes in advance and applying them at checkout to take full advantage.
